The Quicksilver’s two tone leaves make for an attractive smaller cascading plant. Great for our smaller hanging products like the Cetus or perfect spilling out of a pot on a shelf.
The Tradescantia is a quick grower so expect to have lots of cuttings to share with friends or pot up for more plants in no time!
This plant is in an XS grow pot and will fit all of our pots and Teketeke products marked XS.
Water & Humidity: Let the very top of potting mix dry out slightly between watering. Happy in a normal home environment although does appreciate a misting if especially hot.
Light: Filtered sun / light shade.
Tip: Prune to encourage bushy growth. Stems break easily and can be popped back in the soil or water propagated for more plants…or a larger mother plant.
Recommended Placement: A fun alternative to the Spider plant in a desk pot, placed in a hanger or sitting cascading from a shelf in the living room or office.
